MeetĀ Steven Sanders, an Enterprise Account Executive at Groundspeed. Steven’s focus is bringing Groundspeed’s solutions to new and existing P&C insurers.

What is your favorite part of working at Groundspeed?
Our benefits package is the best I’ve seen in my career. Groundspeed offers 100% employer-paid medical insurance and an open PTO policy.

What are you most proud of during your journey with Groundspeed?
I am most proud of the feedback we get from our clients, such as how we dramatically increase their efficiency and speed to quote. We are helping them solve a problem that has existed for years and is core to how they do business.

What would you say to someone considering a career with Groundspeed?
If you are good at what you do, are a self-starter, like working on challenging problems, and work well with multiple internal teams, then Groundspeed might be the place for you.

What do you think is the future of Commercial Insurance Underwriting and the role of Groundspeed in shaping that?
I believe there will be a continued push to take in more data and make faster decisions in an effort to improve the customer experience for both brokers and client businesses. Groundspeed supports that by removing the manual data entry of submission intake and giving all the data from those submissions to the underwriter quickly in the format they need to do what they do best.

Can you share a fun fact about yourself?
I started playing golf in high school, played Division 2 golf in college, and continue to play as much as I can and have never had a hole-in-one, but I have had an Albatross (double-eagle) on a Par-5.

Steven, we are glad to have you at Groundspeed as an Enterprise Account Executive! If you are interested in joining the Groundspeed team, we areĀ #hiring! Check out the open positions on our website here.
