We are very excited to announce that David Radulski, a seasoned insurance industry executive, has joined Groundspeed as a Senior Advisor focused on business development. He joins at an important time for the company as it scales its revolutionary human-in-the-loop AI and data analytics platform. Groundspeed helps insurance carriers better assess and price commercial insurance applications and do so far more quickly and accurately than traditional, manual methods.

 For nearly three decades, David has been a leader in strategic development, investor relations, and investment management. As head of investor relations at XL Catlin, an S&P 500 insurance carrier and now AXA XL, David worked closely with underwriters, actuaries, investment managers, and claims and operations teams to help them create value. During his tenure at XL, successful financings raised over $8 billion in equity, hybrids, and debt, broadening and deepening XL’s investor base, including structures that won industry awards for innovation.

 Prior to XL, David had leadership roles in weather and energy risk management and private equity investment and served as an officer in the US Navy.

 David holds a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from the University of Virginia.
