Meet Adam, our Implementation Program Manager. Adam works with the Customer Success team to ensure our clients seamlessly onboard Groundspeed’s products into their underwriting process.
What is your favorite part about working at Groundspeed?
I really appreciate the welcoming environment Groundspeed has fostered. I love that on a given day, I can be working with sales, engineering, and customer success to support our projects. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming. It’s wonderful to have so much cross-department collaboration and communication, which is always helping me advance my own skill sets.
What are you most proud of during your journey with Groundspeed?
I am most proud of establishing tools, processes, and best practices that enable our customers to efficiently and successfully onboard with our products. On a personal note, it’s been fun to venture into a new industry and learn from all the insurance domain experts I work with daily.
What would you say to someone considering a career with Groundspeed?
There are a lot of opportunities out there that look good on paper, but it can be tricky to fold back the layers to learn what kind of environment you’re joining. From day one of my journey at Groundspeed, I’ve been surrounded by a supportive, intelligent team solving complex challenges for the insurance industry. If you like being empowered to ask the big questions and implement solutions rather than going with the flow, this is a good fit for you.
What do you think is the future of Commercial Insurance Underwriting and the role of Groundspeed in shaping that?
Commercial Insurance Underwriting has progressed from its legacy practices in pursuit of increased data, efficiency, and revenue. Groundspeed, working side by side with our customers, will continue to grow its portfolio of products to service such needs.
Can you share a fun fact about yourself?
I’ve captained various sports, including indoor soccer, ultimate frisbee, and crew, but coaching my son’s first-grade soccer team this season has been the most fun!
