Meet Tiara Mohone, our new Operations team lead. Tiara consistently goes above and beyond to help ensure that production runs each day smoothly and that our team is always prepared to be as efficient and effective as possible.

What is your favorite part about working for Groundspeed?
My favorite part of working at Groundspeed is the various opportunities I have been given to increase my knowledge without being limited to one assignment. In addition, I have had the pleasure of having great managers and leaders that have pushed me to learn something new and take ownership of projects.

What are you most proud of during your journey with Groundspeed?
I joined the Groundspeed team with limited experience in the field, but that did not stop me from having growth. I am proud that I’m a part of a company that has allowed me to grow professionally and offered me opportunities to step into more significant roles.

What would you say to someone considering a career with Groundspeed?
